Another inspiring international event is behind us and in-cosmetics Global in Paris certainly delivered.

Our CEO, Jakov, and Project Manager, Dea, had the opportunity to spend several days connecting with professionals across the cosmetics and personal care industry, from manufacturers and suppliers to innovators shaping the future of beauty.

What stood out most was the strong focus on innovation, compliance, and global reach. As brands continue to expand into new markets, the importance of clear, accurate, and culturally adapted communication becomes even more evident.
From ingredient documentation and safety data to marketing narratives and product positioning, language plays a key role in how cosmetic products are understood, trusted, and successfully launched worldwide.
For us, events like this are not just about visibility, they are about listening, learning, and building meaningful partnerships.

A special note: for Dea, this event carried an additional layer of meaning, reconnecting her past experience in the cosmetics world with her current role in localization, a reminder that diverse professional backgrounds often bring the greatest value to our work.
